Freedom to Speak Up

< Back to policies & procedures

At our practice, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Freedom to Speak Up encourages anyone working within or alongside the practice to raise concerns about patient safety, quality of care, workplace culture, or any issue that may affect the wellbeing of patients or colleagues.

We believe that speaking up helps us learn, improve, and deliver the highest standards of care. Concerns can be raised without fear of unfair treatment or victimisation, and all concerns will be listened to, taken seriously, and handled appropriately.

If you are a member of staff and have a concern that you do not feel able to raise through normal management channels, you can contact our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian for confidential advice and support.
